The main reason why you guys can't get it to work is because the box art and all shows the gun like this:

Truth is, despite being somewhat movie accurate in that position, it's NOT supposed to be like this! You're suppose to turn the arm(not shoulders) to the right 90 degrees. Picture/Example:

Wait, I'm not finished yet! You have to lift the hand to this position:

The hand/arm cannon/whatever you call it MUST be in this position to ensure a 100% working cannon. Load the missile in ONLY when the hand is down, not in battle position. Press the button and voila! The missile shall fly right into your mouth!
