Ahh...Ok.

For HDR10+ look for video "NASA_ISS_4K_HDR10plus".
I am not subscribed with Prime Video, so that is only to test my HDR10+.

You mean pic from Netflix ?
That pic has snap by phone.
This TV no FALD and no Edge lit.
Local (micro) dimming and direct led.

Edit:
Just checked....50" from RM2.2K go up to RM2.550 , rolleyes.gif
55" slightly down to RM3.150.

Note:
Do not install any file sharing app (ie..ES File Manager) linked to your LAN...like SMB and Upnp,
as original installed Media Player will stop working.

Hard to say difference, but PQ is very nice, plenty possibility to adjust.
What I like is that I can play with firmware up and down, great support from many forums.

TV came with V356 firmware, then I try V378, 395, then go down to 379 (now).
As budget TV, I am very happy.
Android 10 coming soon....

Edit:
Still one peace for RM2.2K.....

The common brands I've seen are only Samsung, Sony, LG and Sharp.

I don't own a TV shop to compare with certain models. tongue.gif
This is still a budget TV, so put in this perspective and my 3th TV in the house (my room).

For me, I am very happy with my purchase.
Plenty of OTA and IMG firmware (easy to flash),plenty of reviews (YouTube...many...) and plenty of support thru various forums.
Easy to enter Factory Service Menu.

How slow is the UI, espescially when navigating Android TV. I saw the reviews mentioned sluggishness as a con.

I tried Sony x7500h & Panasonic hx655 which is in the same price range and all is within what I consider snappy.

I also tried Hisense A7400f which has a much lower price than others and I consider the Android TV experience very sluggish.

So if someone can compare against that, it would be great.

As a sidenote, looks like sellers are selling the 50in model for 2.5k now... sad.gif

Yea, 50" go up a few days ago, I still catch for RM2199.
Seems seller smelling good and fast profit.

Reviews done earlier has been probably with V2xx firmware and slow and sluggish UI.
Now is in V3xx range and much better.

12.12 Sony 49" X75H will be RM2399 (but no Dolby Vision/Atmos,HDR10+)

That's great to hear. If you don't mind recording the navigation of UI that would be awesome. I can not find this model anywhere in store.

If this is 2k, i think it will edge others for me since it seems to have the best feature on the market within the price range.(maybe Samsung TU8500 can be contender as well but that is not Android TV)

Although one thing on my mind is even though in the US this brand seems to have good reputation, here I am not sure if the service/quality is up to standard.

You can found on YouTube reviews 1 or 2 months old with new firmware.
https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=TCL+C715

Same model in Europe and Australia is very well accepted.
In USA closest (similar) model is S535 QLED.
