Hi All,
I planing to build a new wet kitchen in my corner unit property. just wonder how much the renovation extension cost. 1. New Kitchen size 24 X10 2. Concrete roof top 3. floor and wall tiling (local tile) 4. 3 X 7 exit solid wooden door 5. 2 X Windows - 5.5' X6' and 6'X4' 6. 5 X power point 7. 2 X Fan point 8. Water basin point 9. Kitchen Cabinet not required TIA |

Doors, windows and floor/wall tiling will be relatively cheap.
Expensive items will be your roofing and plumbing. Each can easily reach 5 figures. |

If using calculation to build a house, psf need around rm150. So 240 x rm 150 lo. Exclude cabinets

question, why the hell you need 2 fan point for a 240sqft room?

If u manage to find indonesion contractor...price might be way cheaper than local contractor..but must find reliable ones...somemore most of them would be in new housing area

the kitchen room extension is on the side of my property and I might use it as dry kitchen that is why I need 2 fan point and keep the existing wet kitchen.

Klang Valley will be a bit more expensive than outside and if your house is in a helang neighbourhood then the price will be reflective of that too. Some are good but most you have to adjust your expectations. |
