Exactly my thoughts bro. Came across sentul impian and that place is beautiful but sadly all bumi lots I think. Sentul pasar's a mess and in the morning even on weekends, cars will double park due to pasar and jam because of single lane. Jalan Dato Senu a bit too narrow like townhouse. Yeah will drive around someday to familiarize with that area more. Thanks for input bro
ahhhh good to know. Will prioritize jalan a,b,c as you mentioned. Thanks bro. Yeah ukay bistari seems to be the best bet but just hoping to look around just in case i missed some spots. thanks again!

Well that's the point of this forum because like I said my scope now is within setapak/wangsa maju/melawati with my criterias. Also I mentioned that I roughly had a look at segambut and sri sinar and not kepong and it's difficult as Im not familiar with that area. Since you're suggesting thought you might have a good idea why you stated kepong. Else just blow water only

Beware of crimes in Setapak old landed area. I’d suggest Sunway Montana because it’s gated and opposite has nice satay and mcd

take note on TS budget, its not apple to apple comparison for sunway montana

crimes is everywhere in klang valley, fortunately i have never encountered any yet after years of staying here

Yeah noted on the crimes here. Need to find some better location here rather than some hidden/dodgy spots. SM currently out of my budget but thanks for the info. Will KIV this in mind and will definitely check this place once my budget allows it down the road
