Late submission is the extra tax you need to pay? I have experience with CP500, tax agent submitted on 2nd Oct when last day was 30th Sep. They charge me 10% penalty and don't entertain my appeal. Unless you can prove system down, if not I don't think they will entertain you. But do update us if you manage to get the appeal done and how you do it. My experience dealing with LHDN is not pleasant.
