Avocado is not bad fatty food. It has a high MUFAs content. Good for raising good HDL cholesterol. Its rich in antioxidant too.Main problem with avocados is that some..probably many people now..got intolerance to avocado. Most probably because of fatty and high histamine content. It could trigger inflammation instead of reducing it.
