bro, for your tank restore get this. red-kote anti rust tank coating.it would help seal in the rust . alot of 2 stroke bikes back in the days use it.
for the exhaust it is still repairable. or you can get this kawasaki kips pdk exhaust. it was issued to a few kips models during the last year of the production run.
if im not mistaken kawasaki victor jazz have a 2t tank. u just need to adjust the premix pump.
