Yes it will work fine the GBH 2-24 DRE will be perfect for your usage. A cheaper (but decent brand) like total or stanley
rotary hammer also will work fine, as you're not doing 100 holes per hour mass installation works.
The bit for concrete is a SDS Plus drill bit for
masonry, it looks like these, not necessary to get bosch bit (expensive) but any decent brand (makita/hitachi/irwin/stanley) also will work great as long as its SDS Plus:
