RX580 can't push out that high frame rates on 1440p though unfortunately. Unless you dial it back to 1080p don't think you can reach 144hz.

But my fps is increase when I lower the setting. But still I don't feel any different.

Interesting. From 60 to 100-120 its quite a big jump. Even moving your cursor you can see a difference. Do you feel its smoother in some ways?

Yes I play ffxiv. Maximun setting 60fps, standard setting 100fps. But I dunno maybe I won't see the different on this genre of game.

Or maybe with 60 vs 100 is quite a big jump though. If 120-144 no noticeable difference then quite understandable. I can't either until I switch to a lower frame rate then I realised it was not as smooth. haha!

Higher hz mainly impact to motion blur only. Try this test to see you can see the differences or not - https://www.testufo.com/

If you cannot spot differences on 60hz v/s 120hz or 144hz in motion blur, then your eye is not sensitive enough and simply cannot know the differences.
Not everyone can spot the different, no worried.
