Possible to move the toilet bowl?

Hi all,
I am planning to buy a newly comoleted condo and visited the unit. At first glance, there is something I wish to do to the toilet. Please refer to the picture below, is it posisble to move the toilet bowl and the faucet few inches (2" to 3") to the left so that I could place a washing machine at the right side?
