I just upgraded to Catalina. Weird Chinese Input occurred! I can only input single word! When trying to input 2 words, no more "underlined" and turned to english typing condition (input method still shown as Chinese)!

Same, no problem on my MPB with latest Catalina.
I use my MBP also to search in Chinese.

Only I use my MBP in the morning (now I'm using Windows for work), so I can show you the screen tomorrow if you want.

In fact,how to reinstall languages? Just delete and add again in the Language from System Preferences?

To my knowledge language file always bundled, and its just enable/disable to your language menubar...
there is online guide for remove manually/using tool, never seen 1 which re-add

Yes, I did disabled and enable for both . But no luck! Really super weird! Never facing such issue before!

I would suspect some plist settings changed or so...not sure if you want try reinstall macOS see if that helps
