90% margin for 3rd property - need bank contacts!, want to buy sub-sale property

hi guys, there has been indication that some banks allow 90% margin financing for the 3rd property. If that is the case, I am keen to look for a banker who will be able to facilitate me on this process.
I am more than willing to speak to a banker about this and how we can sort this out.
My location is in PJ, Damansara area.
I am okay with exploration with any banks as long as i can get better margin financing than the 70% limit now.

My suggestion is to approach those 'low profile' banks like Bank Islam, BSN, MBSB etc. |
