I also faced the same problem. blank screen always appreared. dunno what happen. Sometimes while surfing internet and doing some assigment, the screen suddenly blank.
Then need to restart again.
Any suggestion what to do? Instead of send to HP Services center..coz possible they will quote high price for repair..
