interesting video...
but i think somewhere i watch one utube that apple maybe concentrating on their subscription as everyone knows they got appletv / applemusic / applefitness / applegames
i believe this opinion has some valid truth...
hence someone was talking that the reason why this iphone12 has great upgrade over the 11 and upcoming iphone may not have such substantial upgrades due to the subscription basis...
it is, based on research usually apple users are less likely to upgrade phones yearly vs android usersbut i think somewhere i watch one utube that apple maybe concentrating on their subscription as everyone knows they got appletv / applemusic / applefitness / applegames

they use at least on average 3 years before they change. hence apple switching tactic now to retain their revenue
its just business tactics
build good product to attract customer > build customer base over the years with good product > add on value to their customer base through services
theres just so much selling hardware can do especially since smartphone was never same tier like desktops/laptops where commercial/enterprise is where they rake in the money than consumer market
most of the new phones that comes out since 2017 are generally aimed for 2-3 yr old iphone users to upgrade. last year users have no real need to upgrade unless you want to flex haha
