Gonna seek to good people here for opinions especially on specs as i’m lost in the specs terminology and latest news that you guys are very updated with.

i’m coming from ip8+ and i’m comparing it w ip12 and ip11pro and specs versus value.

Don’t feel there’s huge difference between 11pro and ip12. Most probably I’ll go w Maxis zerolution and end up RM4,000+. Just wished there’s ip11pro w 128GB (edited!) that would be perfect.

I’d love the smaller size and weigh of ip12 but it’s 64GB, and weight and size is good. Edited: Cheaper than ip11pro by rm500?! but originally thought its more expensive than ip11pro.

ip11pro has everything except front facing deep fusion and linear to quick focus. Don’t need Dolby vision though i take some videos.

I made mistake, was hoping to have ip11pro 128GB, don’t need 256GB too big a kill. Eventually i’m limited by budget and needed something better than ip8+ and ip11pro can last another 3-5 years

here’s my sharing - actually you are quite similar to my situation coming from the largest size iphone models (7+/8+) but actually if you think through it, we chose larger size back then is because we wanted larger screens. But now the screens are larger but the overall phone can be smaller. Unless you need the width to type w 2 thumbs (i’m coming from blackberry user which many people here don’t really care about).

even if you like to take videos and photos, don’t need 12pro max and 12pro, just go for 128GB. Unless you can afford, go for it

i’m bored w the weight and size of 8+ and seems ip12 is the sweet spot now, bigger screen, lighter, smaller, and cheaper than 11pro and 11promax.

anyone knows if the adapter is similar as the ipad pro 2020 version?

It just says under 5G but no one surfs for 8 hours non stop. Mentioned in the test. Technically the test was, opens a new tab every 30 seconds haha and I believe if 5G is really that fast, its meant to download and already finished downloading in no time. But as normal human, we could be watching youtube for 8 hours, don’t need 5G, 4G is already enough right? Then the ip12/pro battery lasts longer. Hope to make you feel slightly not so sad...

On a separate note,
TBH this extended CMCO will be the killing blow to my business. Might not have the cash for ip12 anymore.

I wished I own a chain of cinema or even just one is good enough. At least have earned some before nowadays. I’m sure could buy one ip12.

I’m in what many don’t think highly or even needed these day - education in a small way.

how do you manage to organize so much items 128GB? I’m also having problems in organizing the thousands of photos and it’s taking up my ip8+ memory. Photo apps is not user friendly. icloud photos was bad from Mac.

Is it okay if i ask how you guys manage photos on iphone? icloud is okay but organizing is hard.

Thanks sis. Unfortunately I have missed that boat of having the discipline to delete immediately when taken. Now I have to organize many thousands and sort out this sync problems w Apple Photos App, icloud and google photos. And my iphone keep crashing due to memory full!

Any recommendations for a wireless charger that can charge pretty quickly for ip12 and also ip11? Don’t have to be max 15w for ip12 but not so extreme of 1-2w in one video i saw.
