Compare to sd865 note 20 ultra... iPhone 12 series seem throttling too much to match iPhone 11 series battery life
this genshin impact seems becoming a benchmark for all the flagship phones now i played in my 11pro, i just set most settings to low, and is eating my batt ~15% within an hour... set to max can feel the warm... guess not good to play such power demanding game in mobile for open world RPG like this, but luckily genshin impact support cross play, can play in PC and play in mobile once a while which is good

any videos that shows ip12 battery can at least last whole day till night time?
it will depends on SOT... and what you use for i expect 12/12pro to have 7-8 hours of SOT with one full charge, my 11pro is doing ~8hours SOT from one full charge
Finally read the entire GSMArena's review and found something interesting for gamers: -

"We tried running Call of Duty Mobile on the iPhone 12 Pro and 11 Pro and we found them both equally stable, didn't get hot at all, and we found no excessive battery drain. In fact, the iPhone 12 Pro can run that game for 9 hours and 39 minutes, while the 11 Pro lasted 8 hours and 36 minutes.
So, the iPhone 12 Pro is well-suited for gaming with better cooling and stability than the iPhone 12. It also offers 1 hour or so more gaming time when compared to the iPhone 11 Pro."
So the 12 Pro is a better buy than the 12 if you are into gaming due to the better cooling.
wonder how can that be true, aluminum suppose conduct or dissipate heat better right both 12 and 12 pro build almost in same housing... different material on frame only
Youtubers are in it for the clicks, hahaha.. Except for Zack's teardown videos which I find fascinating I don't follow all those other reviewers Agreed, considering aluminium dissipates heat better than steel, it's really a curious discovery.
wait for more reviews
any people stay KL/Selangor/Klang? besides attw
my area in Penang will be starting CMCO on 6th-19th Nov, the only mall in CMCO area is Queensbay Mall... i wonder whether mall still open, even is open, whether Switch is open
otherwise i might as well pre-order from Apple Store Online and get it deliver to door step

Oh yakah interesting... anyone with experience from 11 pro? Because I had a Sony Xperia Z5 with a matte glass back and that started scratching after a few months (didnt mix with keys in pockets etc).
If it's not easily scratchable, I wont get a screen protector, dont like the feeling of plastic on the back too if I can help it.
not easily scratch, I using 11pro, compare with X and Xs previously that I used
Wow! Didn't know this existed. How did you come across it? Is there some CarPlay discussion on LYN that I can read through to find out more things I never knew of? Hahah.
look at the price
probably can replace few iPhone battery if CarPlay causes battery deteriorate

citibank promotion, buy from machines get airpods pro?

I'm due to update my iPhone XS this year. But if I skip the pre-order like you guys, when I can get the iPhone 12 Pro Max without having a stock problem?
January? February?
I want to buy an Apple case for this phone which I think will not available until sometime later. Hence the delay.
My phone can still hold on until next year, hehe.
Leather case? the silicon Apple Case will be available on 13th Nov i believe, possible can pre-order together with iPhone 12 tonight
need to be good at calculating the best value also, by the time finish calculating all stock sold out
can set a minimal discount need to get, if meet just pre-order, no point calculating too much lol so far for so many years, the discount subsidies by telco is more around the same amount, to factor in the iPhone RRP yearly
because I believe MNP will be difficult during pre-order... most likely customer form Digi will go for Digi, Maxis will go for Maxis, just the matter how much phone subsidy can get
