those reseller AASP is like that, claimg warranty with them is painful, have experience with them until I have to called up Apple and escalate to senior advisor, they help me to call Switch (AASP) and instruct them to proceed with warranty claim

they try to tai-chi everything and said is not a problem can claim

last year 11 is earlier 1-2 days after iPhone event, Malaysia telcos already announce can be pre-order from 20th Sept 2019 and start selling on 27th Sept...

Apple Malaysia online store never offers pre-order for iPhone in Malaysia... if this year exception probably will be the same arrival time.
