My iPhone 11 Pro Max has 2 years extra warranty with Citi Senheng membership. I have paid deposit yesterday so that the sales person will key in my pre-order on Friday 9pm.

iPhone 12 cannot be repaired by 3rd party as the iOS track the ID of each components, thus better to get extra warranty especially free type.

Anyways, a lot of pro Samsung and Android fans are calling the 12 "sub par", "half baked", "overpriced", etc. I wonder if they've seen the prices of Android flagship phones lately, haha... Being a user of both Android and iPhones I acknowledge that there is no perfect phone out there, just the right phone for someone based on his preference and budget. I don't want to get into it with them, but some of the bias and remarks reflect badly on them and it's a waste of time and energy to be drawn into those kinda debates.

The most ignorant claims from iPhone folks I get is "Android sure lag one" - hahaha.. The last time they used Android phones were probably 7 or 8 years ago

Yes and I am still open to iOS though I haven't used iOS before for mobile phone. Let's see if it will win my heart or otherwise and I shall go back to Android.
There is no perfect phone in this world and don't need to be biased just because you prefer that specific OS, it reflects so much of one's characters.
