Majority of Celcom network use Huawei as its vendor.

That's why Huawei modems work very well with Celcom network. Maybe its time for them to rethink and diverse their network equipment vendor.

Can consider Nokia, Samsung or Ericsson.

I'm already using alternative link, free data till midnight won't buy me solence after missed opportunities.

It should be between the initial downtime until they themselves declared fully restored. No need to ask each and every affected. They can check their HLR and CDR and whatever to see who connected and disconnected doing what at any point in time.

Just give rebate to everyone lah. No incoming nor outgoing voice and data at all.

I heard they upgraded their core network router and switch to prepare for 5G network deployment and then the new deployment crashed causing the network-wide outage.
