How do you contact Digi Fibre customer service?

I tried their Whatsapp Business Account +6011-1600 2500 and email support@digifibre.my but no responses.

The Digi customer service line +6016-221 1800 is also always busy.

I just installed Digi Fibre, and I realised that it doesn't come with a landline. My wife insist on having a landline for our home. I've checked with a Digi Store and was told only Unifi comes with landline, and I need to Unifi if I wanted it.
Is there any way to switch to Unifi without incurring the penalty?
Or any other way to get a landline with incurring too much extra cost?
