I'm currently using Unifi.
I'm a Digi Postpaid customer and considering Digi Fibre after my IPTV (SyberTV) has issues with Unifi.
After seeing so many negative comments, I'm a bit afraid to switch.

I'm same as u. My unifi contract is finish and digi got promo 300mb for rm100. That is cheaper than my current unifi 100mb for rm129.

But not sure the reliability as i work from home.

Haha, don't know how to make decision.

Anyone tried torrenting with Digi Fibre?
I can't get mine working.
I tried to use VPN, but still not moving.

EDIT:
Ok, never mind, Torrent works.

Go to wireless > Mesh > Disable Mpro mesh

I think Digi have it enable to get ready for mesh in future.

Hmm, my Mibox can find the network, but cannot connect at all.
I've disabled MPro Mesh, but still the same.

How is your connection so far?
Can you try to change Wifi security to WPA2? Also if still having problem, best to swap it with another router.
*
Already set to WPA2-PSK, still the same.

Yeah, looks like I've got to change back to my unifi Asus router.

I believe your Asus router is much better, without considerring the need of Wifi 6.

Yup, bought when I was using unifi.
My router is Asus AC1200.

Anyone using 300mbps here, but speedtest only detected 100mbps?
Since switching to Digi Fiber, mine has been detecting 100mbps only instead of 300mbps.

I used Digi original router and my own Asus router, also detected 100mbps only.

Try changing the LAN cable that connects to the modem/router.

I'm using Cat 5e cable.
Is there a difference if I switch to Cat 6?

Are you using a new BTU/modem when u install digi fiber or same BTU from old service provider?  I have experienced the same issue previously when upgrading my service to above 100Mbps on Unifi.  Apparently, the original BTU/modem supplied only FE ports instead of GE.
*
No, DiGi only supply router.
I'm still using the original modem supplied by TM previously when I was in Unifi.

DiGi technician came and checked.
WiFi 5Ghz can achieve up to 300mbps.
But my PC connected to LAN can only achieve up to 100mbps.
My PC is using Cat 5e cable anyway.

Sometimes cable quality can be the cause.
minimum CAT5E, recommended CAT6 and above

Ok thanks for your reply.
I'll buy a cat 6 cable to try.
