tbf most 4* units get a huge boost at higher cons, fischl especially, just that noelle is more if a special case with her kit, at c6 shes a 1 unit team lol
that said, the new banners both unit and weapon actually looks decent to pull, sucrose, fischl, bennett, fav spear, stringless, fav sword all are top tier 4*
About noelle yes I was quite surprised as well. I cleared floor 7 abyss using my lv40 noelle and still can get full stars.
Her shield explosion is too scary and her Q seems endless at c6.
I was planning to get her the unforged but I saw most of the guide saying it doesnt suit her at all. Oh well I think I go with whiteblind...

the pillar got few benefit .... can block some dmg, help generate energy more fast.... and can brutally push mob to pillar hit them hard without wasting few second dash forward after knock them back.
alot small mimic play-style in this game like child riptile status, useful against fatui pyro agent cause you can easily see the riptile status after fatui hiding... can continue strike them til dead. (so tired hunting boss, with this less time consume
