Did anyone experience the same issue here, which is laptop no sound at all after the latest windows 10 updates (version 2004).
There is an issue with the Realtek driver I think.

I will just wait for October patch and update it once again?
Should I skip the 2004 update and install the 20H2 (will release on October 2020, if not mistaken), or I will need to install both (one by one)?

I had tried many solutions but the issue remains.
The only solution I can fix this is formatting the laptop and do not update to the 2004 version (current version 1909, which will end of service on 11 May 2021 ).

FYI, my laptop is Asus TUF F15 (FX506LH), Windows 10 Home 64bit, bought it last month.

reinstall audio driver from asus website?
Also 20H2 released few months ago, but you need to enable windows insider and some of the latest update pretty unstable.

How about search for latest compatible driver and update it?

Not working as well, neither windows automatic search for driver or install from Asus official driver.

what windows version your laptop running now? still 2004 or 20h2?
maybe the driver have issue with windows version.

20H2 now. previously from 1909 upgraded to 2004 where I first time encountered no sound issue.
right after that, I rolled back to 1909. and now the updates skipped 2004 and directly upgrade to 20H2.
