Still searching for tenants I think and with current bad economic situation many office spaces still remain empty.

The so called "crown" lack of maintenance, many light not functioning at night, really eyesores.. shame of so called tallest tower in Msia

too many developments, and our population was growing that much. Office also oversupplies with the 2 new skyscraper.

Yes

But listed company got limitations... Anything major need shareholders approvals... Bursa approval etc

Privately held have little more freedom...
