Simple reasons as these developers know that it is very highly risky leverage to embark such without seeing any returns and to work with Ekovest it is nail in the coffin

Ekovest will most probably develop the master plan, roads and infrastructures. Then sell each individual high rise land plots to other developers to market.

Ekovest's name doesn't rhyme with quality or prestige in the housing development sector

Which project from the period of 2012-2015 is doing well exactly? Best I can think of is EkoCheras, even that is not doing so well rclxub.gif
