Interesting for my case, they did not mention anything about maintenance service. Just asking me to wash my car weekly (except the first week post coating)
Also, they did not sell any ceramic pro branded washing materials which is odd considering oversea branch is selling it.
My car is coated with Ceramic Pro as well.. I asked them about maintenance as well and got the same reply as you (wash it weekly) but for their warranty part, they told me that whenever i felt the hydrophopic effect is weaken or i repainted any panel, I can contact them for recoat. Also, they did not sell any ceramic pro branded washing materials which is odd considering oversea branch is selling it.
So basically their warranty policy is sort of the "maintenance". So far I had went back to them for free recoat service 3 times (2 times panel repaint, 1 time effect weaken after 1 year+)

Same but others I asked like Gyeon required maintenance in order to touch up and cover under warranty.
So I'm confuse as well.
Does it mean Ceramic Pro coating required weekly wash, while Gyeon other brands required not so frequent wash maybe one wash in 2 weeks time?
Most ceramic coating will weaken in time due caused by stubborn dust/dirt or improper washing technique. I came across a few videos from YouTubers that are also providing ceramic coating service, and they too recommends to recoat or spray sio2 topper as maintenance every year while washing the car once every 1 or 2 weeks maxSo I'm confuse as well.

From my understanding, washing it more frequently will allow the coating to perform better as you are removing contamination on the surface and allows it to be smooth, hence better hydrophobic effect?
