Just finished my Ceramic Coating today. Got the car for around a month and the staff already spotted several stone chips while prepping it, mostly at bonnet and front bumper. My initial plan was to do PPF, but ended up with ceramic coating. Firstly, is due to cost saving, and second is the possibility of changing car after 3 years.

If you gonna use your ride for years, then go PPF the front of ur car and coating the remaining area. I usually request them not to coat the windscreen as to avoid wiper juddering.

For PPF, kindly do your due diligence on Getto Car Wrap & Magnus Pro, check the reviews and also survey those that were recommended by forummers here. For PPF, they have shelf life too. I have certain parts of my ride wrap at Getto, when enquire on PPF, the boss said have to replace once hit a 5 year mark or else it will turn yellow and cracks will appear.

My coating is done with Ceramic Pro, took the gold package with 7 years warranty at RM3,640.00 including free PPF for headlights, side mirrors and 4 handle cups guard (Magnus Pro).
