overclock problem on gigabyte GA-M57SLI-S4, bios cant save my setting or... ??

I have encounter this problem almost whole week le.
 1st, i go to BIOS setting there put CPU Multiplier = 10x , Cpu frequency = 300. After that, i saved to CMOS and reboot, after that , got a message tell me to use another pofile to continue log on to windows. But when i set Multiplier = 11X , Cpu frequency = 228 = 2508GHz it will run , can log on to windows with no problem. Why ?? Anyone can help me ??
