Again, understand what is fair use and go read on other precedent case of fair use in Youtube, there are many and almost all of it always ends with the one getting copyright striked winning. Case of H3H3 is the most well known of them all. That is how movie rewiew, game review and reaction channel exist and how TS don't get sued to bankruptcy for all the IP infringement he committed.

And I just checked, US and Malaysia has an effective extradition treaties, TS can be extradited for a trial subjected to US law.

So whats wrong with copyright strike? this function is there for a purpose isnt it? content creator should do due diligence when making their content especially when sourcing for stuff to put into their videos. if they cant even do this step then they are asking to be copyright striked no? its synonymous with someone parking at somewhere illegal and u expect the cops to do a background check on you so they can call n inform you parked at the wrong space before issuing summon? so whats your logic?
