Wrong.. TS drawing appeared in the thumbnail of the video.. That in itself is promotional material. It's not just 2 second clip. It's eternity..
and doesn't matter how long it appears in the video for. Getting permission means getting permission. People commit crimes within 2 seconds, does that mean they should escape punishment because the crime was merely 2seconds long? No right.. so why should this youtuber be given a free pass?
Again, understand what is fair use and go read on other precedent case of fair use in Youtube, there are many and almost all of it always ends with the one getting copyright striked winning. Case of H3H3 is the most well known of them all. That is how movie rewiew, game review and reaction channel exist and how TS don't get sued to bankruptcy for all the IP infringement he committed.and doesn't matter how long it appears in the video for. Getting permission means getting permission. People commit crimes within 2 seconds, does that mean they should escape punishment because the crime was merely 2seconds long? TheQuartering has been falsely copyright strike by people like TS so many times he always have a lawyer on stand by and advising him on his action
Stop arguing on feelings and ego, TS never has a chance of winning and will never has a chance of winning this.
