The only advice I given here is that the YouTuber should sue TS. Maybe I should be supporting him instead.

sorry at work cant really watch his vids atm, tbh i might be wrong on my understanding on the entire issue but from what i gather, something small has been blown up so large out of proportion. 

if TQ is threatening legal action, IMHO i can understand why. youtube is a POS platform where false copyright strikes can be claimed to easily. also the process to defend copyright strikes is too damn time consuming. the threat of losing a channel is too real. 

i may sound very biased against TS, not gonna lie, i've actually been having dreams of being a youtuber so i have a gist of how youtube works and copyright strikes are not something to be taken lightly. sure TQ made an oopsie but this small oopsie can cost time and money.

based on his vids, he claims he makes 3-5 videos A DAY. quite a hardworking person despite him being an unpopular guy due to his past and his controversial views. 

tbh, what loss of revenue did TS incurr from TQ's use of the image?

the way i view it, regardless TQ is at fault for using random images online. he is not blameless. just that TS's reaction is quite overblown.
