first it is 2 secs, then it will be 20 secs and when u try to oject, then they will say u didnt object b4 when they use it for 2 secs..

maintaining © symbol doesnt mean you're automatically free to use other people's work. It means, you must ask for permission (or pay money for it).

Same like pirated software, hackers never remove the copyright notice.. Hackers just modify the software by removing time limit, unlock all features.. If using this logic, pirated softwares are legal coz copyright notice has not been removed..

What's the argument about? TS didn't want his work to be used without permission and so he used Youtube's own procedures. He actually created and owns the image in question, so what's the problem? He cannot deal with the aftermath, that's another thing.

TS is right under the eye of the copyright law.

If this was before the takedown I would suggest for him to credit you(free marketing) if his channel is monetized you can ask for compensation etc, but regardless he is still in the wrong for using your work..

About copyright:

1) Youtube

Music/video on YouTube you can legally use it in your own YouTube video less than 10 sec (link di bawah)

But the copyright strike algorithm is broken, even if you use 5second video, algorithm gonna get take down then you have to fight saying that is fair usage

2) Artwork/image posted in socmed

Technically you can use anyone's work/image that is published on social media(since its a public domain)
Example: you can repost the picture of your fav artist(that he/she have uploded before) on your social media

But you cannot impersonate them, claim the picture is taken by you(when it's not), cannot use it for profit, advertisement etc, one

Sorry, but I also think TS is over reacting. Should have at least tried harder to reach out to the other party. Maybe wait a couple of days for a reply before a copystrike.

Like you said, AMDK himself already UNDERSTOOD how severe is strike is and acknowledged it by signing Youtube T&C but still ignoring it and think he can escape/get out by taking people content without credit.

In which universe actually you're coming from? TS is just an individual whose his artwork is clearly been taken without permission and use for monetary purposes. You claim him to be similar like stupid lawyer that strike channel for fun?

Let me give you a scenario so you 2inch can understand the situation. TS work hard to buy car then you just simply pinjam and take his car go do Grab make money. TS call police to get his car back and part of Grab income to cover his losses (mileage of the car) You mad because said 'I only pinjam why need to paid'

If this scenario still cannot embeded to your mind go print this out and eat it. Maybe it will register better in the brain.
