Please take note on the important delivery arrangement listed below :-

1) Your Samsung TV will be delivered within next 7 days after installation option being confirmed.

2) The appointed driver will obtain the last 6 digits of your Identification Card (NRIC) which enrolled for Maxis Zerolution Program, for verification purpose.
 
3) The appointed driver will request for TAC code to complete verification process. Your TAC code is @#$%^.

4) This is in-home delivery. The appointed driver will deliver and carry the TV to your premise.

5) The appointed driver will assist to unbox the TV. Please ensure the TV is in good condition, without physical damage.

6) The appointed driver will assist with the basic checking, includes turning on TV to check the power & screen.

7) You are requested to sign the delivery order after validated the TV is in good working condition.

8) Please DO NOT sign the delivery order or accept the TV, should you notice any physical damage or TV is not functioning i.e. can’t turn it on etc.

9) You will receive another message on the installation service and option, please reply your preferred installation option.

a) Delivery only (without installation)
- It’s free of charge.

b) Install TV stand
- It’s free of charge. We will cover delivery + install the TV stand.

c) Existing Wall Bracket
- Installation fee of RM75. If you would like to install Samsung TV to your existing wall bracket which can be used and fits the new TV.

d) New Wall Bracket
- Drilling is required to install the new bracket. The installation fee covers manpower and new wall bracket.
- Installation fee is RM200 (for 65” TV).

Please reply your preferred installation option before confirm delivery.

Is This Mean in 1 week time they will delivered my TV? That was fast I just order  last month
