hi anyone took the PS5 offer?

Anyone registered @ Sept and received  the TV? I registered  @ 22SEPT and yet have a update from MAXIS nor MTT until now, followed up with them, initially told it's was two weeks, then told 3 month, then called Maxis, they told within 30days-60days, I wonder how long will it take   

I recently converted to Maxis family plan

Maxis Family Plan (4 Share Line + 800Mbps + 65" TV) so it's (RM299+RM210+RM1) It's cheaper compared to if u took the 500Mbps variant (you need to pay RM89/mthly for the TV) (RM299+RM130+RM89) , and the price difference between 800Mbps and 500Mbps is  540.6 and 549.08, I went for 800Mbps for the RM1 TV
The worst thing is that initially they told me that I don't have to pay anything for the TV, then my father went to do it after converting to maxis family plan, they told suddenly i have to pay RM2700 for the freaking advance payment     
and MTT Solutions are not able to advice a estimated date for it

After checking with my respective team, they are unable to provide an estimated time frame as to when will deliver the TV. But don't worry, we will notice you at least 2 days before the delivery ya. 🙏

Sorry but we are unable to advise an queue number for you . We delivered the TV in batches. Each batch may be 300 to 500 units, and it takes 3 to 4 weeks. However, we will do our best to speed up the process. You will definitely receive a prior notice from us when the delivery is ready.

The problem is, they are charging me for it and yet the TV isn't arrive yet and very Mad about this issue, how do we  follow up with maxis with this issues? and the delivery fella don't give me a estimated time frame, I wanted to renovate the room the TV arrive, need to buy the bracket for it too, and yet they don't give me the timeframe of it.

Will be around end of November or December . We will definitely speed up the proceed .
Walau weh so i paid RM2700 just to wait?

Did you end up getting the TV? or u cancelled it? 

Hugggggggge plot twist,
MTT today contacted me and arranging the delivery for my TV on this coming friday.

Finally after weeks of waiting  My TV is finally coming   


Does anyone know what kind of wall mount bracket are they using?

They do provide installation also



And extended warranty also



So far so good, will update when receive and unbox from them at here too
