Just tried... it asked me to change the plan to Hotlink# and its RM60 now! (Last time I think RM38 only)
Ok....
Last year I'm still subscribed to it... but I think they removed it for user with newer plan. Last plan I know that still support it is the Bagus plan.

What that RM60 plan name? Check whether have 365 validity or not first.

it is #hotlink plan (which shouldn't have validity365 officially), so basically u r at your own risk...

AFAIK, they never removed it.. for the old plan that have validity365.
btw, the auto renewal function is removed, and the 365 days validity is count at differrent way(now it start from the day u pay the rm33 ).
now user cannot toppup RM100, and then buy validity to get 465 days. devil.gif

I tried, but I think because I am away from Malaysia currently, in Singapore. Could that be the reason? I tried looking into my hotlink app, I do not have the option to extend my validity. With the on-going COVID I doubt I can get home anytime soon. Is there an option that I could get it done remotely?

Obviously, singapore issue. come back and u can acccess it in *100# .
(or no need come back, go some where can access malaysia telco signal in Singapore , also will do).

#Hotlink...

The RM60 is to buy the validity... not the plan.

i struggled to get it initially too.

even called up the hotlink customer service on this previously.

only later then i managed to discover that i can go thru the above steps to get to the option to buy the validity while on roaming. tongue.gif
