Hi,

Does anyone know if the 365 plan still available? I used to subscribe to it. However, it seems to be missing now.

Can someone help me on this?

I tried, but I think because I am away from Malaysia currently, in Singapore. Could that be the reason? I tried looking into my hotlink app, I do not have the option to extend my validity. With the on-going COVID I doubt I can get home anytime soon. Is there an option that I could get it done remotely?

Maybe that the reason, when you were in singapore the USSD code won't work as you are connected to Singapore telco. FYI hotlink apps won't able to help as well. Only USSD code able to help.

Guess you need call/email/online chat with hotlink customer service see what they can help you.

I’m in Malaysia, and I can’t see the “My Account” option in the *100#. Can’t find the 365 option either. Only have top up.

You can't find it because Hotlink hss removed 365 validity

Back 2016, i studied oversees and I asked Hotlink to change the plan to get 365 so that i can access interney banking. This is a special request.

Hotlink requested supporting document i.e passport and visa as well..they eventually did chnged manually my plan with some fees applied...

So yeah ask Hotlink and you can PM them in Lowyat..

I just extended in August, still able to. But I did it at Woodlands waterfront after forcing connection to Maxis instead of roaming.

AFAIK, they never removed it.. for the old plan that have validity365.
btw, the auto renewal function is removed, and the 365 days validity is count at differrent way(now it start from the day u pay the rm33 ).
now user cannot toppup RM100, and then buy validity to get 465 days. devil.gif

#Hotlink...

The RM60 is to buy the validity... not the plan.

only later then i managed to discover that i can go thru the above steps to get to the option to buy the validity while on roaming. tongue.gif
