Ok, 1st of all, our authorities, i will not say which 1, is using a software called ICACCOPS or in full Internet Crime Against Children — Child Online Protective Services. Yea, its long, not sure who named it 😂. There are other software to detect terrorism. Since this is about porn, i will not go into that. Now this software is used to catch those surfing child porn. It has the algorithms to detect using keywords n such. And thats how they catch those watching child porns.

Now, i noticed some are asking about the "cjild porn n others" part. Well the others is actually involve hentai. As hentai is currently borderline art and porn, its categorized as others. It can be legal, and it can be not legal depends on the content.

Regarding normal porn. Technically its ok to watch online only. The problem is if u download n keep it in ur storage. Doesnt matter if cloud storage or local storage. U cant. Its illegal. U also cant share or distribute porn. So, lets say some dude upload a porn video in k, he is not only breaking the forum rules, but also the law.

So, if anyone here is keeping porn in their removable drive, thumb drive, cloud storage, local drive.... i suggest u clear it 😅

The law is under penal code 292.

In it, it doesn't say specifically "porn". But instead, it uses the word "obscene ".

So, if in the video or photo shows an act that is considered as obscene, its totally illegal. Doesnt matter a part is pixelated or not, if it shows an act of people doing sexual intercourse, its illegal.

Maybe some may ask about movies or tv series that have some piap scene in it. Well, to tell u the truth, that part parliament has yet to discuss. And i doubt any mp will raise such topic 😂. As of now, it remains in the grey area of the law.

Its rather... well... u know. It can cause public discomfort. And i googled, its not public knowledge.

If u follow my explanation in many other things, if im not sure or know that such information is not public knowledge, i will always give vague or just the general description of the matter.

Lets say in this case, if the name of the programme or how gov capture child porn is considered as internal or not for public knowledge, i will say something like "the gov have ways to track people that watch child porn". But this 1, i googled and can find several sites that gave out the name.

This 1 even talked about how the software works. I only added the hentai part which i think its not wrong for people to know what is legal and what is not. The law that cover this is also public knowledge.

If that forumer is part of the unit to monitor online activities, and accuse me of sharing internal matters, he or she needs to go for further training since dont know how to do a simple google search.

Whatever it is, the most important point is, authorities have their methods to catch those that break the law. Dont think with vpn or whatever tool u use makes u safe. Its just a matter of whether they are serious in catching u or not.

Theres a reason why we have 0 terrorist attacks even tho we have people with extreme ideology lurking in our country.

Nude photos whether the private parts are covered or not, is borderline between obscene and art. Normally, police dont layan these stuff. As it would be troublesome to write in his report. How to explain the thing is not art but obscene.

Again, i must stress the word "normally". If got police that dont mind the paperwork, u will get in trouble. So next time, dont push ur luck.

Unless of coz the picture is of an underage person, that 1 is straightforward illegal.
