Based on what I know, after monitoring for at least few months(or maybe even years)by D11, they will only arrest you if they con9firm ada enough evidence that u downloaded or viewed Child Prawn(as they have only not more than 20/30 officers working for the department and they need to solve 10k cases bout women and kids per year)

and based on the video I'm sure that they did find cp on his devices, or at least adult prawn.

So why was he not arrested? Why were the charges dropped?

According to the Lim Ming Soon case


he was charged with sect. 10 of Sexual Offences Against Children(5 years/ 10k/ both) and sect. 292(a)Penal Code (3 years/ fine)and it was solved(from arrest to court)within a week.

So why can Menj walk away with it?
Even those were not child prawn, prosecutors could still charge him with 292(a) if it was adult prawn.
