2) Laptop Quality - build & screen OK
Sound quality - Worst laptop speaker. The speaker sound will distort / sound broken when playing music with even light bass. Called Customer service to troubleshoot, and found the reason - you have to *PLUG IN THE POWER ADAPTOR* for the laptop to play the sound correctly. Battery power won't be sufficient to power the speaker
If you want to watch youtube / Google Meet / Zoom meeting with battery power, your sound will be broken / distorted / can't hear anything at all.
Called customer service - since i can play the sound properly when plugged in through wire, the speaker is working fine, nothing wrong with it.
