I have been using my K800i for 2 years. Recently i download some MPEG4 music video and upload it into my phone memory card. However, when i play it, i can only hear the music but cant see any video (picture).

Can anyone here teach me how to play it properly or what's wrong with my phone?

Is this the first time? Or you have no problems playing it last time?

k800i can play mpeg4 files? i hvnt tried that. i usually put in 3gp only

yes you can convert mp4 to 3gp.. but quality kureng skit la..

I converted to my exact screen size. No blurring whatsoever. Super clear. If you can't play try it. Take just a few minutes

AFAIK k800 only supports .3GP files, u need to do a patching to allow using MPEG4 in ur k800

I own this SE K800i since near 2 years back. It was serving me fine until recently.
I normally save some of those shortcut work like 'back' to 'bck' in the message spell word. Last time it will be store there and it wun gone. As the next time i want to use the word it will automatically appear back. But recently, those word that i save recently all gone. It happen after i switch it off for overnite. And sometime when i switch on my phone on morning, the call list for previous day will gone too. Giving me a empty call list.

Anyone know what went wrong with my phone since it was keep on happening this behavior....
Need help on this issue.....haizzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
