Thanks.. actually I kinda undeclared onkyo freak since 2003 starting with the TXSR501(rare species that is)...then early in this year change to the 505E!
But weeks back, some dude came to my place and "bodek" me on getting my own demo set as he cant afford the new set that I intend to sell!

Phew.. now i am onkyo "less" almost a month !

Luckily i got Marantz AVR to ease the pain..but it aint the same.. i tell you!

U re not the only one who bought it much more expensive then ppl here offered   After "borrow" 606 and 875 for testing few days,i decide not to "return" the 875 .I got it at special "wholesale price" but still much expensive then the offered here.(but mine is Asian 110-240v set,those offer here are EU 220v set,should be same?)
honestly,the 875 is HOT like i mentioned earlier.I oledi run it for about 48 hours,continuos about 12 hours per day (from 9.30pm to 9.30am).So far apart from its heat,nothing bad happened.Anyway,i'm very impress with the amp especially the "control" of its surround effect and also the power it handle.I'm sure all of the new owner here will agree they hear "MORE" from their present speaker(esp front spk) compare using their previous AVR.

callmeevil,i compare it to my Denon 3300 and POA-T10,i must say i'm still impress with 875.So i suggest u give 875 a try b4 u decide for denon.
