I bought Onkyo HT-S9300THX 7.1. for a while, its working fine, but i do notice sometimes, especially when i was changing audio setting(thx, dolby dts etc), crackling sound and sometimes loud boom. very loud.

until one day, my onkyo emit one very loud boom. very very loud. my center speaker doesnt work properly since then.

my onkyo set is made in malaysia. i believe the factory is in bangi.

how can i get support from onkyo? i cant find any support contact number for malaysia, only us. can i go direct to the factory? anybody here works at the factory? what should i do?
