Well, I'm using Xiaomi TS Turok Anti-Blue Light glasses (without power) and I personally feel much better with it.

Bought it around RM70, I'm happy with my purchase.

I didn't watch the video for why they make that claim. I quote fellow ktard reply which I totally agree with.
I think the "scam" part happens when the optometrist overpromise / overglorify (or whatever word you like) the capability of such blue light filter lens to be able to overcharge your sorry ass. It is nothing more than a piece of yellow tinted lens that absorbs / reflects strongly a specific band of blue light. Personally I do feel my eyes are less strained after changing to this pair of blue filter specs. I think it is a good investment for the price.

I just set my monitor, laptop and phone to low blue light mode, so far so good

It is a very subtle yellowish tint but still perceivable.

Sigh. When you got your specs did they do some filtering test or not by shining blue laser on it to see that most light didn't pass through? Or since you claim you bought hai keras lens, did they at least give you a certificate from the lens manufacturer to show authenticity?

Tu my exkolik bought rm899 gaming blue light spec for safety in work.
I laugh at him. Tell him he can find the same at 99 in other spec store.

Use uv torch to shine on blue light filter and see if can penetrate or not. Mostly opticians add rm100 for anti blue light.

Bought Gunnar gaming specs before it was hyped. So good I get 10+ fps from that on csgo

my zeiss lens only cost me rm800

Blue-light filter itself is not exactly a scam in terms of comfort. No, blue light from monitor/handphone screens do not harm your eyes. But a slight yellow tint makes things look a little warmer and more comfortable. So, basically, the price is stupid scam

That's why I always buy expensive frame with cheap lens.

but no doubt the marketing is very strong for this product

but the blue light UV is definetely is not scam which linked to the skin problem ( ur lens will reflect UV to your face )
