I think you can use a power bank to power it while on mobile but it will be a bit of a hassle.

You can also use 3c battery.

Which able to track your battery's mAh quite accurately as my old phone battery degraded and when change a new battery the mAh is even worst.
I have check the new battery's weight is lighter than the original and usage was a slight or no different then the original.

The phone's original battery was at 4850mAh
Now my it has detected the battery's mAh is at 3500.

Actually, before you know it or check anything the battery are already full in 60Min (+/-).

Or you can check with phone shop what's the suspected issues with the symptoms. My 2 cents

I did you a favour and ai suggested it's an software issues 60% from both chatgpt and bard with battery 30% and hardware 10%.

Me, I assume it's 60% hardware issues, most probably cable connection to the screen.

The back of my phone has been burned before by a electric coaster so it's somehow slight melted. It won't be a good comparison.

Base on your photo it seems your battery was bloated which is the same as my other phone redmi 8

Your battery usage seems normal, but that's what happen to my Xiaomi 8 as well before I change the battery. The old battery was bloated pretty badly when taken out. The bloated battery seems to hold the charge pretty good too.

So it's better you bring it to 5G phone shop or some professional to change you battery and check the screen if possible, at least you know the status then decide to change or not. Or maybe upgrade your phone to another newer one.

Upgrade yourself?
If you upgrade by by shop they might able to troubleshoot.

Most probably the motherboard's display issues, I have check Google's it happen to led TV, laptop as well.

Scout for a new phone, if it happens frequently, ready to port over before the screen really turn off for good, it will fails any minute.

You can check with a 5G phone shop or a similar one; they might advise or provide suggestions on things to repair since they likely have experience with these types of issues. If they can guarantee a fix, get an estimate for the repair, and if you think it's worth it, then go ahead.

Also, check your Poco's phone for Android security upgrade availability. If it has ended, it's better to buy a new phone.

As for my Poco X3 NFC, it has ceased updates. It will probably last another 2 years at most before I upgrade.
