yeah, need to use app. I only use pc browser to add to cart and made payment via phone.
some time when it become too hassle I'd prefer to go physical shop too, recently bought Iphone 7 Plus from SenQ at RM1699 which can get around 1k outside.

as long as cancel button still there you can cancel or once the item packed and handle to courier then you can't cancel anymore.
