I have a laptop on which I have installed Windows 10
In recent days, Windows suddenly encounters a black screen and then nothing works on the laptop. I turn off the laptop in the same way, and after a few days, I turn on the laptop again. Windows comes up and again. This problem arises.
I have shown the technician that the laptop hard drive is broken if I have just bought it.
