Cause the black screen of Windows

Hello friends
I have a laptop on which I have installed Windows 10 In recent days, Windows suddenly encounters a black screen and then nothing works on the laptop. I turn off the laptop in the same way, and after a few days, I turn on the laptop again. Windows comes up and again. This problem arises. I have shown the technician that the laptop hard drive is broken if I have just bought it. Please help me solve the problem |

What were you doing when the black screen happened?
How long did it take after boot up into windows? What is your laptop model/spec? |
