1. Relocate bathroom door to the red line
2. Relocate bedroom door to the red line facing the dining area
(Reason plan to do this is to get more cabinet space in the kitchen)
3. Extend the kitchen until the blue line(Estimated 5ft)

Thank you!
Minor reno costs, Relocate door and extend back wall

If the new bedroom door opening hit any wiring, then the cost will go up too.
Anyway, getting the quotation from actual contractor is better than asking here. |

I think relocating your 2 doors would cost 3 - 4k. I had 1 door relocated for 1.5k but I was lucky that the door frame can be easily removed. The contractor said that if the sub frame is fixed tightly it would be very difficult to take it out and need to change a new one. That is also provided the other side of the wall you wanna hack doesnt have any electrical wiring.
You can try to contact revqo (https://www.facebook.com/revqo) I think they can give you a benchmark cost. My friend engaged them for advice and review of his quotes for his new condo reno last month and he end up saving almost 10k after final nego (from 50k+ to 40k+). The contractor was chopping him like a piece of fatty pork lol. |

I assume this is a condo. Is this possible? Did you ask the condo management? As i recall normally you cannot do any extension to the parcel. |
