Internet service provider (MYISP), Quality and reliability

Hi everyone here. Anyone is using this home Internet service provider named MyISP. Website as below https://www.myisp.com.my/My area, stupid TM says gonna take years to pull cable and put port for unifi. And Time is not interested to put at my taman. Only this MyISP says they will do. As such, I wonder anyone tried and testing their home broadband service and can give or share feedback on their Internet speed, stability and their customer service quality of providing after sales feedback.
