Hi everyone here. Anyone is using this home Internet service provider named MyISP. Website as below

My area, stupid TM says gonna take years to pull cable and put port for unifi. And Time is not interested to put at my taman. Only this MyISP says they will do. As such, I wonder anyone tried and testing their home broadband service and can give or share feedback on their Internet speed, stability and their customer service quality of providing after sales feedback.

I guess the major concern is the customer service especially if the internet break down.
This is what I worry as well as if I terminate streamyx and the new ISP doesn't function per what they claimed.

My area don't have maxis also. Otherwise would have taken the package Hotlink Home Fibre.

This is not in my area. But I am having same dilemma as you where there is new ISP and there are only limited reviews on it.

Limited? More like none. When I search their FB, linked to some middle east country, Kenya if not mistaken. Their website is also very very limited in information.

Ask around friends and relatives, everyone using TIME, UNIFI and Maxis Broadband. No one has heard of it. Kinda frustrating coz my area don't have fibre cable. Worst part, 12 months contract. If bad, stuck for 12 months. Aih

I'm using this ISP as it is the same as Penangfon. Initially the connection is good and speed is consistent but for the past few months, the speed is getting worse especially at night. I subscribe to their 30 mbps but at night the speed will drop to around 5 mbps.

Their CS is not really reliable also.

Now thinking of jumping out from this ISP as my area has started to install Unifi and TIME is coming soon as well.

Rebranding from Penangfon to MyISP Dot Com?

Yes. Residents at my area are aging and they dont really care the internet speed. Previously TIME tried to collect the number also not enough.
Worst part is now I had to work from home due to COVID19 by the turtle internet speed !

Yes, last time when they do promotion at my apartment is through Penangfon name

After several months, they doing promotion again but using MYISP name

Today I saw MyISP put the pipe into the big ditch, I m so confuse what are they doing.
