I am Maybank NTB CC holder recently. However, last year i manage to secure 8 banks CC within 3 months period.

High risk industry - erm i dont think so.

Current employer - 5 years

Affin is one of the bank that can gives reason for rejection. Very good. Even Maybank hen reject they cant check the reason.

My reason is high utilisation of credit limit as at Jul. Staff advise to make it as low as possible on 30/9 and reapply. Income side is ok. Most of my CC reached the maximum utilisation on July.

And you can reapply again instantly eventho get rejected - unlike Hong Leong, only 6 months after reject can apply.

from CC alone, is 84.52%.

i also mentioned at my ccris record is all '0'. Then she replied, if people with a lot of '1' '2' etc, then they will probably rejected with inconsistent payment behaviour instead of high commitment.

approval is still by Affin HQ. But they can see reason stated from system.

From ur eccris report. Can see outstanding as at 31/7. Soon the report for 31/8 will out so can see outstanding at aug.

My statement date is not good as payment date is only 9th of every month. Thinking to change all statement date to 10th so payment by 30th. Hence ccris record will ‘appear’ nicer - applicable to those roll CC money in rhb/ocbc/scb high interest acc only.

For those who just applied via website, if i choose Submit to AFFIN Sales agent for document submission, the agent will come and meet us is it?

Coz if submit via email for the docs, need to collect from branch.

Just confirmed with the bank, u can opt not to activate ur mastercard for the first 3 years, but subsequently, if u still did not activate, it will charge annual fee for the card as the AF is waived for first 3 years.

Yes sst will be charged on 2nd year onwards regardless whether u activated it or not. So just keep ur card till next year baru activate.
